Welcome to our website!
For those of you who haven’t met us yet our names are Mesha & Charlotte and we are the owners of The FASE Clinic. We are both fully qualified and insured Level 7 Aesthetic Practitioners who love working in such a vibrant and rewarding industry.
Charlotte is on the left and Mesha is on the right, we have been told many a time that we are carbon copies of each other, so don’t worry if you get us mixed up, we answer to either name!
Our number one priority is to provide a safe, honest and welcoming environment for our clients to explore a range of specialised, innovative and award winning treatments.
When visiting The FASE Clinic, feel rest assured that your safety is paramount to us. We work as a team to ensure your journey with us is both a flawless and an enjoyable one. From your initial consultation to your post treatment review; together, we will always be on hand to guide, support and assist you in anyway we can.
We believe this unique way of working enables us to achieve the best results for you whilst maintaining great customer service and setting us aside from other aesthetic clinics.
In other words, just think of us as a bit of a “dream team”. ;) We are firm believers that knowledge is power and that one should never become complacent in such a complex and ever changing industry.
That is why we have decided to create a clinic where clients can benefit from taking advantage of having two qualified practitioners present at all times. This also allows us to eliminate the likelihood of any issues arising during treatments, putting your safety first. After all, two sets of eyes are better than one!
We have been best friends for 11 years, first meeting at college where we studied Level 3 National Diploma in Beauty Therapy with applied Sciences.
Aside from chocolate and wine, we instantly bonded over our love for binge watching TV shows like ‘Botched’ and ‘10 years younger’. We became obsessed with the transformations that we saw and wanted to give people that same feeling when they saw their new reflection for the first time. Whilst the physical results spoke for themselves, it was the effect that these treatments had on a persons self esteem and mental health which was the real motive to pursuing a career in aesthetics.
So there you have it, we are now in our late twenties and our dream has finally become a reality. We are only just beginning our journey together but have already become dedicated to helping people feel and look as confident and beautiful as they deserve to!

We are a private appointment only clinic nestled in the heart of Surrey Hills. Situated within the grounds of a beautiful farm, in the quaint town of Newdigate. It’s safe to say we are well and truly spoilt with a stunning countryside location.
We’ve got everything covered here at The FASE Clinic with plenty of free onsite parking and toilet facilities available you really don’t have to worry about a thing, just simply turn up to your appointment, relax and enjoy the ‘you’ time.
We have created a work space which matches our personalities. Our treatment rooms are clinical and charming whilst our reception is vibrant and bright with plenty of instagrammable spots for you to show off your new look - including our very own selfie swing!
We are extremely proud of our achievements & qualifications and want you to feel rest assured that you are in the safe hands of fully trained & insured professionals, so expect to see all of our certificates on show in the clinic.
While we are on the subject of our number 1 priority safety... you might be interested to know that our name FASE is actually an anagram of the word SAFE and it is pronounced the same as ‘face’ as well as being the main focus area of our treatments. See what we did there ;)
We want you to feel welcome and comfortable from the moment you enter our clinic. Just imagine the aroma of a Jo Malone candle, feel good music and just an all round positive energy!
We have cosy heated blankets on hand if you want to snuggle up and nod off whilst having your lashes done or for those just popping in during a lunch break then tea and coffee is always available too!
Whilst we are busy working away our very own resident pup Mishki likes to take it easy in the clinic. She is very quiet and you most likely will not even notice she is there, however if you are not comfortable around dogs please do let us know before your appointment. Or if you are anything like us and are obsessed with dogs she is always available for cuddles!
