The FASE Clinic

We advise all of our clients to take time to read through The FASE Clinics terms and conditions. These are put in place to safeguard the clinic and to ensure the highest standards and services are provided to our clients at all times.

Please note that when booking an appointment at The FASE Clinic you are agreeing to all of the clinic terms and conditions stated below, if you have any questions regarding our policies please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be more than happy to assist.


Appointments

  • Bookings are by appointment only.

  • Please arrive to your appointment on time, we book appointments back to back so if you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be refused and you will lose your booking fee.

  • If you arrive earlier than your appointment time please message us to see if we are able to see you earlier.

  • Due to the nature of the business no children are allowed in the clinic at anytime.

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.


Non-refundable Booking Fee

To secure your appointment with us we require a non refundable booking fee. This is redeemable against your total bill the day you come in for your appointment.

Once we have received the booking fee deposit your appointment will be 100% secure and confirmed with us. Until then, the appointment will be available to go to somebody else. If you need to cancel or change your appointment we just ask that you give us a minimum of 48 hours notice and then your booking fee will be transferable to use for another date within 30 days. Failure to provide this notice will unfortunately result in you loosing your booking fee deposit.

The booking fee deposit is to protect us from any “no show” appointments and/or people who cancel at last minute without giving us enough notice therefore leaving it too late for us to fill the appointment slot.


Consultations

We offer complimentary consultations for our aesthetic treatments where we can go over the procedure with you and answer any of your questions before committing to an appointment.

If you would like to book in for a consultation ONLY then please let us know and we will allocate 20 minutes for you free of charge.

However please note that you will not be able to have the treatment at the same time should you decide to go ahead.

We complete a thorough consultation with ALL of our treatments so if you decide to come straight in for a procedure then we will go over a full consultation and medical history but of course a booking fee will apply as we have allocated the appropriate time for your treatment. 


Lash Extensions

Infills are to be booked in before 4 weeks. Please note that there needs to be at least 50% of the lash extensions still on to qualify for an infill. Everyone’s lash cycle is different so it is important to book your infills for the time frame which suites your lashes. 

One hour is allocated for infills, so if you have lost more lashes and feel you need more time then please let us know at the time of booking so we can be sure to accommodate you.

Anything over 4 weeks will be classed as a new set at full price. 

Please note that it is recommended to have a new set of eyelash extensions applied every 4-6 months to ensure the health of your natural lashes. 


Patch Testing 

A patch test is a mandatory requirement that is to be carried out at least 48hrs before the following treatments:

• Tinting

• LVL

• Brow Lamination

Patch tests carried out at other establishments are not valid.

It is not mandatory to skin test for lash extensions however we do offer patch testing should you wish too. Please let us know so this can be carried out a minimum of 48hrs before your appointment.


Proof of Age 

Clients must be over 18 for all aesthetic treatments.

Please be aware that if you look under the age of 25 we may ask for proof of identification, please bare this in mind when attending your consultation or treatment.
